G.NA wrote on her Twitter on December 12th "Today on December 20th, my grandfather passes away. My grandpa has been like a father to me growing up... I couldn't even see your face because you are in Canada... I can't believe this... I couldn't even tell you I love you... I'm sorry... I love you grandma. RIP".

G.NA also wrote "I think the hardest part is going to schedule when I'm feeling like this... But I will try my best till the end. Let's not collapse Choi Gina", leaving an encouraging note to herself.
