Calum Hood may not always get the attention he deserves, but he stood out this week by leaking some info about his new girlfriend and the new 5 Seconds of Summer album! Looks like 5SOS bassist quite literally couldn’t keep the good news in.

The 18-year-old bassist tweeted: “Wrote 2 songs at the end of last year with @JohnFeldy and theyre easily my favourite we've ever written. So excited for this next record!!”

This leak about the new album 2015 follows the rumors surrounding Jennifer Phipps, Calum Hood’s new potential girlfriend.

According to J-14, “5 Seconds of Summer's Calum Hood recently took some cuddly pics with his rumored girlfriend Jennifer Phipps.”

Luke Hemmings, Michael Clifford and Ashton Irwin have been careful to say that they are too busy with their careers to really think about dating or having a relationship. But it looks like Calum Hood has found time to think about girls.

The most recent tweet by 5SOS bassist was: "Would you lose your mind, if I lost mine too?"

Sounds pretty suggestive to us!

There has been rumors that Calum Hood has been pursuing a girl called Lucy (her instagram username, lucykg) and it may be possible that their romance has progressed.

He hasn’t always been so secretive about his relationships. It is a common knowledge that his ex-girlfriend is Maddie Harris and that they dated for about three months.
