Even if you're not good at a certain sport, or even if you hate said sport for that matter, watching the story of other people who love it can be inspiring.

Even if at some point you wonder why exactly they keep playing something you hate.

This perhaps explains the popularity of sports anime series like "Baby Steps." While most of the cast is returning from the first season, some new cast members have been announced for season two. Set to play the characters of Florida tennis players Alex and Marcia O'Brien are Hiroshi Kamiya and Megumi Han respectively.

Fans are Crunchyroll have had an overwhelmingly positive reaction to the "Baby Steps" series so far.

"I have been enjoying reading this manga for months now...waiting impatiently for each chapter, and so far the anime is just as good if not better. According to a report from Anime News Network, "Baby Steps" season two will continue to be directed by Masahiko Murata in collaboration with Pierrot studios. Katsuhiko Chiba is responsible for series composition and Masayuki Kouda will handle character designs.
