‘Two And A Half Men' Star Ashton Kutcher To Testify On Court For The Murder Of His Former Girlfriend

It seems like the star of the hit comedy show "Two and a Half Men" Ashton Kutcher would need to revisit his past as he will reportedly be called to witness in a murder trial in court.

According to the latest report posted by The National Enquirer through Radar Online, the 36-year-old Hollywood star may need to testify in court for the death of his murdered ex-girlfriend Ashley Ellerin on Feb. 21, 2001.

Reportedly, the "Two and a Half Men" star would have to face his former girlfriend's alleged killer, Michael Thomas Gargiulo, when he attest in the proceedings.

Ashton's testimony would reportedly play a vital role in piecing together the events that occurred during the tragic night.

"He slashed Ms. Ellerin's throat so violently [he] nearly decapitated her," the court documents claim. "After she was murdered her body was left displayed in a ... demeaning pose that was sexual in nature."

"Two and a Half Men" star Ashton Kutcher was reportedly at Ellerin's house after the victim was alleged killed by Gargiulo, who's being described as "a serial, psychosexual thrill killer who engages in the systematic slaughter of beautiful women" by the prosecutors.

Kutcher apparently received an invitation from his former girlfriend for a date, which he refused to accept; rather he offered to go to Ellerin's apartment, according to the written testimony by the actor.

He reportedly continued his statement saying that he called his then 22-year-old girlfriend twice, but the calls were not answered. He then decided to go to her house and he found her car parked outside and the lights inside the apartment were turned on.

He tried knocking on the door still there was no answer, "Two and a Half Men" star Ashton Kutcher then, reportedly said that he tried to look inside through the apartment's window and he found what he thought at the moment was a red wine spilled on the floor, only to find out later that it was Ellerin's blood.

Gargiulo, an air conditioning repairman, is on trial for the killings of high school classmate Tricia Pacaccio in 1993, Ashley Ellerin in 2001 and Maria Bruno in 2005. He is also on trial for the attempted murder of Michelle Murphy in 20018.
