MacBook Pro 2015 Release Date To Be Announced At Apple WWDC Event In June? Device Might Feature New Broadwell Chipset And USB Type-C Port

The MacBook Pro will be available soon and if the reports are to be believed, then the new Macbook Pro would be unveiled in June 2015.

The MacWorld reported that MacBook Pro 2015 release date might be revealed at Apple's Worldwide Developer Conference, which will take place in June of this year.

However, a Taiwanese media source TechNews said that if the MacBook Pro will be disclosed along with MacBook Air, there's a possibility that it might happen on February 24, since the firm is planning to have an event to unveil their products on the said date.

Furthermore, as for the MacBook Pro specs and features, the said device is rumoured to maintain its form factor, while the features will be upgraded. "This includes the use of Intel's new Broadwell chipsets and USB Type-C port that will replace all ports in the laptop. These new features will allow the device to be fanless and lighter than its predecessor," Christian Today wrote on its publication.

The same publication also added that "the 13-inch MacBook Pro will retain 8 GB RAM, while the 15-inch version will stay with 16 GB."

Moreover, the Concept Phones noted that the said laptop might run on OS X and might be named as iPad Pro, MacBook S or MacBook Pro S.
