Actor Oh Ji Ho showed one whole minute of crying on tvN's "The 3rd Hospital."

The episode that aired on November 1st, Oh Ji Ho was seen building up his emotion and crying like there's no tomorrow for over a minute.

He was crying because he wasn't able to do anything for Sooyoung, who was facing death because of her brain tumor which came back to haunt her. His despair touched the hearts of viewers everywhere as well.

Sooyoung didn't say anything but her eyes did all the acting. Many viewers posted on discussion boards saying, "I wanted to wipe his tears!" "Sooyoung was good but Oh Ji Ho's big tears was really touching."

The viewers drew parallels to a scene that he also showed in "Chuno," which he also starred in. After fighting for his life, he held a lifeless baby in his arms and had cried. Many said that this was touching in a different way because he was also crying for a woman he had had deeper feelings for. 

While on set, Oh Ji Ho said, "It's really cool to be close to idol star Sooyoung! But in all seriousness, we all put so much effort and hard work into this project which we've been shooting since last winter. I'm so happy to be working with such good actors."

Viewers are now wondering where the drama will go because Sooyoung was last seen telling Kim Min Jung to look after Oh Ji Ho after she's gone. She also wrote 'promise' on his hand and whispered something in his ear, foreshadowing her possible death.

Her last hope is the treatment that Kim Seung Woo and Oh Ji Ho are trying to come up with, combining their two areas of expertise.

The drama is currently recording 1.63% viewer ratings, which is very successful for cable dramas.

The series only has 2 weeks left until the finale and viewers are wondering how the love story will be resolved.
