Slipknot Announces 2015 Tour With The Release Of ‘Custer’ Music Video! ‘Summer’s Last Stand’ Shows To Start On July
Slipknot is once again ready to hit the road as the band announced a Summer 2015 tour entitled "Summer's Last Dance."
The series of shows will start on July in Florida and the band will travel all across North America until they reach their last stop in Dallas on September as they will be travelling with Lamb of God and Bullet For My Valentine.
Meanwhile, in a report by Rolling Stone, the band, who is currently promoting their latest album ".5: The Gray Chapter," surprised their fans in a special cover of the Beastie Boys' hit Sabotage during a show. The band performed with Korn who was with them in the said show.
"Well, me and Jonathan [Davis] did not come up with that idea, actually. That was [Korn bassist] Fieldy's idea," Taylor told fans (via Blabbermouth). "We had been kinda joking about doing something together at one of the shows, and Fieldy was, like, 'Why don't we just do 'Sabotage'?' We all kinda dug it, we got together, we jammed it out, and the rest is history."
