'Avatar 2' Trailer Official Set To Be Released Soon? Plot Rumors Involve Jake Sully Having A Family!

The much-awaited "Avatar 2" official trailer has been having fans on their toes, anticipating any form of teaser from the upcoming movie.

As previously reported, James Cameron has been sharing very little information about the film. The director has been leaving subtle hints about how the movie's going to pan out. This strategy has been the same with his first Avatar film that surprised everyone at how well-made it turned out.

News about the "Avatar 2" official trailer has been exciting fans all over the world, so much so that they are already speculating a date as to when the trailer will be released. Months that surface are May and June.

While the trailer release date is far from confirmed, Cameron has been accepting numerous interviews that shed light on the upcoming film.

"It's going to be a lot of new imagery and a lot of new environments and creatures across Pandora. We're blowing it out all over the place. At first I thought I was going to take it onto other worlds as well, in the same solar system, but it turned out not to be necessary," the Director said in an interview with screencrush.

"It's going to be a lot of new imagery and a lot of new environments and creatures across Pandora. We're blowing it out all over the place. At first I thought I was going to take it onto other worlds as well, in the same solar system, but it turned out not to be necessary," he added. "I mean the Pandora that we have imagined will be a fantasy land that is going to occupy people for decades to come, the way I see it. There's a fair bit of underwater stuff. It's been inaccurately said that the second film takes place underwater. That's not true. There are underwater scenes and surface-water scenes having to do with indigenous ocean cultures that are distributed across the three films."

Aside from the new creatures featured, fans also speculate a new angle in the upcoming movie that involves Jake Sulley having his own family in Pandora.

"We spread it around quite a bit more as we go forward. It's really the story of his family, the family that he creates on Pandora. His extended family. So think of it as a family saga like 'The Godfather,'" said Cameron.

The "Avatar 2" official trailer is highly anticipated by fans, and will surely make more noise than it already is generating upon its actual release.
