Brock Lesnar UFC Return Coming This March? Frank Mir To be His First Opponent?

It seems the UFC roster will get deeper as one of its biggest heavyweight star of the last decade, Brock Lesnar, is rumored to make his UFC return this March!

According to several reports, the WWE management is expecting Lesnar to make a comeback in the MMA world once his contract is up.

UFC President Dana White gave little clue if Brock Lesnar UFC return is indeed happening soon. Asked why Lesnar is in the venue of UFC 184, he said, "I don't know [why he's here.]"  Lesnar did not talk to the media. On Thursday, Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer and MMA Fighting reported that Lesnar had come to a contract impasse with the WWE.

After knocking- out Antonio Silva in Porto Alegre, Brazil, on Sunday, one-time Lesnar rival Frank Mir issued a challenge t to Lesnar and said he'd love a rubber match.

Although Brock Lesnar UFC return is not on the books yet, MMA fighter Brendan Schaub went ahead and issued a challenge to the former world champ as well.

"I am more than ready to welcome the former champion back with open arms." Schaub said. "If he comes back to the UFC, I would 100 percent send him packing back to the fake wrestling," Schaub added in an interview on The Jason Ellis Show.

"Doing fake wrestling is not the same as being in the UFC. You're playing grab ass, [and] you know if you're going to win or lose. Yeah, it's hard on your body, great. He hasn't been competing and training like I have," he stated.

Schaub holds a current record of 10 wins and five losses with four of his last six matches a defeat, including the first-round knock-out from Travis Browne at December's UFC 181.

Other UFC stars awaiting Brock Lesnar UFC return are Shane Carwin and Overeem. Carwin is even willing to come out of retirement to to clash with Lesnar in a rematch.
