Girl group Girls' Generation's 2nd Japan album went platinum.

Today according to the Japan record homepage, Girls' Generation's 2nd album, Girls & Peace, reached platinum. They sold 25,000 copies of their album, showing their undying popularity.

This album was released on November 28 and was a flight attendant concept. This song included their hit songs from Korea as well for a total of 12 songs.

On the other hand, they will be holding an arena tour in Japan in 2013.
