U.S MTV chose Big Bang and 2NE1 as 2012's best band style. 

On December 8, an article titled 'Best Style Band of 2012' was released and featured Big Bang and 2NE1. 

MTV stated, "K-Pop and 'Gangnam Style' has taken this year by storm. 2NE1's colorful and bold outfits have gained much attention."

They also commented, "We can't forget about Big Bang when we talk about color and trends. Big Bang portrays a genuine and positive energy along with their amazing street fashion and hairstyles."

MTV Style also asked which member's style was the best and for fans to comment as well.
