Psy's concert in Manila on December 20 has been postponed to February 2013 due to some logistical issues.

Although the concert has been postponed, Psy is still looking forward to his performance there.

Psy was to perform at the MOA in Manila on December 20.

Psy had requested that all the proceeds from this concert go to charity.
