Alas, the much anticipated battle between Luffy and Doflamingo is about to begin. Will Luffy show some new moves, putting Donquixote Doflamingo to his limits? Will Sabo be joining the fray to fight Trebol?

Fans from 4chan posted a prediction about the upcoming chapter.

"Luffy will have a flashback of his training with Rayleigh. He will reveal a new move, which will deal some heavy damage to Doflamingo. As the injury inflicted by Law worsens, Doflamingo is getting hit consistently by Luffy and one of his blows breaks Doffy's eyeglasses. Luffy and Law are shocked that he is cross-eyed and Trebol, furious, attacks Luffy only to be stopped by Sabo."

Here is a brief summary of "One Piece" chapter 781. The citizens of Dressrosa panicked as the bird cage keeps on shrinking. Doflamingo told Luffy that he have one hour to beat him. As Luffy attacks him, Law used "Shambles." Law appeared right in front of Doflamingo and attacked him with "Gamma Knife!" The attack destroys Doflamingo's internal organs as he screams in pain. Unknown to Trebol and Doflamingo, Law was using the Ope Ope ability and created a massive room. Law says this costs him some life, but it was worth it for that opening.

Law also used Shambles to swap himself with another body from down stairs who received the bullets for him. Trebol tries to retaliate but Luffy kicks him away with ease. Meanwhile, Law attacks Doflamingo with full might Counter Shock. Law, unable to continue, was about to get stomped by Doflamingo, who just gets back up! He says he can operate himself with his strings. As Law was about to get stomped, Luffy stopped Doflamingo's foot with his own. The two glare at each other.

Meanwhile, "One Piece" anime will be having a new opening song. According to One Piece Podcast, the 18th opening of the One Piece anime will be performed by Generations from Exile Tribe and is entitled "Hard Knock Days," the new opening will hit television screens when episode 687, "A Big Clash! Chief of Staff Sabo vs Admiral Fujitora," is aired on April 5.

The chapter is expected to be released on Thursday, April 2, 2015.
