2NE1’s CL has entered TIME’s 100 Reader’s Poll this year, even before her official US debut.

Previously, she had ranked number one, but was later pushed back to second as Russian President Vladmir Putin took over her spot.

In third was Lady Gaga, fourth was Rihanna and Taylor swift and number five, making CL the artist with the highest number of votes.

TIME 100 is an annual list that recognizes the 100 most influential people in the world in various fields including business, entertainment, technology, science and religion.

Most of the votes came from the United States with Canada and the United Kingdom following close behind.

TIME’s 100 Most Influential People in the World rankings will be released on Thursday.

CL made her first major stage performance in the US at the Ultra Music Festival in Miami, Florida along with Skrillex and P.Diddy.

She is also busy preparing for her upcoming solo US debut.

“If she can maintain her natural power in cooperation with Scooter Braun, she will be part of the American pop music market naturally,” wrote Billboard’s Jeff Benjamin on March 30.
