'World star' Psy has won the album of the year at the '27th Golden Disk Awards'.

Psy was nominated for the '27th Golden Disk Awards' in Malaysia and won 'Album of the Year'.

Unfortunately, due to his busy schedule, he was not able to attend the ceremony.

He instead had a video message showing his appreciation and thanks for the award.

He also commented that he hopes to be able to actually attend the ceremony next year.

This awards ceremony was split into two days, one for physical albums and other other for digital albums.
