Bruce Jenner Dress Photos Illegal? ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ Patriarch To File Lawsuit For Invasion Of Privacy?

Bruce Jenner dress photos that were snapped by paparazzi and have been circulating online are said to be illegal. According to a report from Radar Online, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" patriarch will allegedly file a lawsuit for invasion of privacy.

Photos of who is believed to be Bruce Jenner wearing a dress were released by New York Daily News last Tuesday. The alleged Bruce Jenner dress photos showed the former Olympian wearing a black and white striped lounge dress while smoking a cigarette outside his Malibu home.

Bruce Jenner sex change rumors have been in the news for months, with a reported Diane Sawyer interview happening soon.

However, the 65-year-old reality star reportedly got fed up upon learning about his leaked photos that showed him wearing women's clothes, which were taken on his private property.

"Bruce has decided to take legal action because he is fed up with the constant invasion of his privacy," a source said.

"Bruce chose the secluded hilltop home for a reason, to get away from the paparazzi that have hounded him for years."

"He was forced to call the cops on Tuesday because paps were using zoom lenses to get pictures of him in the house," the source added.

Prior to the release of photos showing Bruce Jenner in a dress, a report from LA Times said that transgender advocates are concerned with the media frenzy surrounding the reality star's rumored sex change.

"When you make a spectacle out of guessing who is and isn't transgender, it harms real transgender people just trying to go to school or work and trying to live their lives," said LA-based transgender GLAAD spokesman Nick Adams.

The sex change advocates also pointed out how the continuous features on Bruce Jenner's sex change always seem to be negative. One example was the feature of In Touch  "celebrity scandals of 2014." In the said list, Bruce Jenner's rumored sex change was listed alongside more serious issues such as Donald Sterling's racist rant and the Bill Cosby rape allegations.

"(Such coverage) is harmful in a truly profound way," said transgender activist Parker Molloy.

"The message it sends, especially if you don't know anyone else who is trans, is that you are a joke and you are a freak show."
