The news about the alleged existence of a new Courtney Stodden sex tape has been making the rounds on the internet as of late.

As reported by Fox, Vivid Entertainment has gotten ahold of a solo sex tape of the said celebrity. Steven Hirsch, who is the president of the company, told the source cited that the video was put in their possesion with the help of what he called a "third party."

Fans are speculating that the tape might be from someone who Stodden knows and who is either in dire need of money, or just plainly hates the 20-year-old, as Hirsch mentioned that the tape "came" to them. This tells fans that Vivid Entertainment was not seeking out for it, instead it just came to them randomly. Therefore, the person who gave it to them must have had a good reason to do so.

The source cited above added that Hirsch mentioned to them that he does not know "if the third party knows Courtney or not."

"I have not been in contact with Courtney but I hope to be," added the Vivid Entertainment president. "I have not spoken to her momager or her husband or anyone connected to Courtney."

He concluded that their company is "going to move forward and try to distribute" the said video.

It can be recalled that Courtney Stodden first came to the radar after being involved in a controversial marriage between herself and 50-year-old Doug Hutchison. What made the marriage controversial is the fact that Courtney was only 16 when it happened. Before that, she competed in pageants including Miss Teen Washington USA.

After being public, the couple appeared in a VH1 reality show "Couple's Therapy." The series focused on rehabilitating couples and helping to address and solve their issues together. On 2013, Stodden appeared as a cast member in another reality show, Britain's "Celebrity Big Brother." 

Since then, Courtney has been seen in and out of the radar via stints on reality shows. Fans say that this sex tape issue might finally make her relevant again.
