Courtney Stodden Releases Sex Tape To Vivid; Star Set To Donate 100% Of Profits To Charity!

Courtney Stodden has officially sold her sex tape to Vivid Entertainment.

As reported previously, the entertainment company was able to get ahold of the tape and was set on distributing the video under their name.

Courtney, who was initially refusing to accept the offer made by the company, has apparently signed on to release it. According to TMZ, this is after the star claimed that she is accepting the offer only because she got double-crossed. 

She told the source cited above that the tape was stolen by one of her best friends. After which he made several copies of. According to the actress, her best friend "made it clear that he will stop at nothing to double-cross me." The reason for her agreeing to release the video is because she has been "painted into a corner."

Moreso, she will allegedly donate 100% of the profit to charity. The source above state that the 20-year-old will donate 1 Million dollars to charities. As to which charities in particular, she is allegedly unsure of yet. But one thing is for certain, it will be towards animal rights groups and groups that focus on young cancer patients.

It can be recalled that Vivid Entertainment has previously released a statement about the sex tape. CEO Steven Hirsch, has been reported by Fox to have been the first one to get ahold of the video, which was allegedly given to him by a third party.

It was also reported that Vivid Entertainment was not in pursuit of the video, instead, it was given to them randomly.

Courtney Stodden became famous after news of her 16-year-old self being engaged to a 50-year-old man named Doug Hutchison surfaced the internet. She has since starred in numerous reality shows, including VH1's "Couple's Therapy" and Britain's "Celebrity Big Brother."
