Alicia Keys Sang the Longest National Anthem in History at 2013 Super Bowl?

Alicia Keys the Grammy Awards winner rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner" before the Super Bowl was stretched out for a while.

Viewers and fans alike seemed to universally agree as an anthem expert David Barron clocked it in at 156.4 seconds. Beating out previous records at the Super Bowl, held by Natalie Cole's 152 second in 1994. Kelly Clarkson sang last year's anthem for barely more than 90 seconds.

Keys joins a list of many other stars who have also had the honor of singing at the Super Bowl. Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Diana Ross, Kelly Clarkson, Natalie Cole, Faith Hill, and Billy Joel are among the many entertainers who have graced the Super Bowl stage.

Super Bowl 2012 became the most-watched television program in history with 111.3 million viewers in the US.
