Tom Cruise has allegedly taken his daughter Suri from Katie Holmes. This is according to the latest cover story of In Touch magazine, according to the website Celebrity Dirty Laundry.

The magazine further reports that the incident is "Katie's nightmare" and that the actor "blindsided" the mother of his child.

The article also states that the actor had taken Suri because he had missed her while he was busy filming his new movie overseas. In Touch also quoted several sources who attested that Katie and Tom will be fighting custody over Suri in court. "[Holmes will] have to gear up for the fight of her life,"  the source allegedly stated. Another also predicted that "It could be the dirtiest custody battle ever."

Furthermore, the actor believes that he "can't be stopped" in anything that he does, according to In Touch.

For her part, the magazine reports that Holmes plans to use several secrets that she knows about Tom, so that she can get her daughter back.

Aside from allegedly fighting for the custody of his daughter, it was earlier reported by another gossip magazine that Tom Cruise was in the market for a new wife. The Church of Scientology is helping him in this endeavor according to Life And Style as quoted by Gossip Cop.

The ideal wife for Tom Cruise according to the gossip magazine is "beautiful, smart and under 5-foot-5." And the chosen woman could expect a lavish European proposal and wedding such as the one that happened when the "Mission Impossible" star married Katie Holmes in a castle in Italy.

While both news stories have not been confirmed, Tom Cruise and Scientology has been under the scrutiny of the public when the HBO documentary "Going Clear " was aired. Among other things, the documentary accuses Tom Cruise and Scientology of having his ex-wife Nicole Kidman's phones tapped when they were still together.
