Fall Out Boy returns in 2013 with a new song, new album, new tour, but the same old emo-rock image we know and missed during their 3 year hiatus. Fall Out Boy announced on Monday that they will be releasing and new album and launching a tour in North America in May.

"This isn't a reunion, because we never broke up," the band said in a statement. "We needed to plug back in and make some music that matters to us."

Fall Out Boy will make their return with the new album "Save Rock and Roll" on May 7. Their lead single: "My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up)," was released on Feb. 4 and is now available on iTunes and YouTube.

Fall Out Boy's North American tour will lauch on May 14 for a 6 week run beginning in Milwaukee. The band has already sold-out in tickets for their small club performances in cities including Chicago, New York, and LA.
