The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Iron Man Limited Edition Version Features Wireless Charger: Release Date Price And Specs Review

Samsung is planning to release an Iron Man Limited Edition version of its flagship Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, which includes an "Arc Reactor" wireless charger.

The new device will only be available in mainland China, Hong Kong and South Korea. It is colored red and gold and is themed after the Avengers: Age of Ultron film.

A new consumer report has revealed that mobile users prefer Samsung Galaxy S5 specs over its successor, the Galaxy S6.

The loss of the MicroSD slot, removal battery and water-resistant materials are cited as changes in specs which did not sit well with consumers.

The release date for the Samsung Gear VR Innovator Edition, known as the virtual reality headset, was announced earlier this week, listed with a $379.99 price tag.

It is only available for the Samsung Galaxy S6 and the S6 Edge mobile devices.

The Android 5.1.1 Lollipop update for the Samsung Galaxy S6 has been released and is said to include a "Guest Mode" feature, SamMobile reports.

Guest accounts are also said to be available for the Galaxy S6 Edge.

A new Samsung Galaxy S6 case entitled the "Zero G Anti-Gravity" is said to feature hands-free selfie capabilities for picture-taking.

Promotions for the release date of the new case have already begun.

Four mobile carriers have removed select Samsung Galaxy S6 specs and features that were included in the phone's original release date version.

AT&T has removed its Download Booster feature, Verizon has also removed Smart Manager and OneDrive, T-Mobile has placed restrictions on the ability to remove S-Finder and Quick Connect from the phone's drop-down menu and Sprint has removed the Download Booster and has disabled Wi-Fi calling as a default setting, BGR reports.
