Shia LaBeouf recently released what was supposed to be an inspirational video that includes both yelling and meditation.

Fellow actor James Franco was clearly so impressed and inspired by the video that he decided to make a parody of it, releasing a clip under the title “Just Poo It.”

Franco strategically used LaBeouf’s use of Nike’s “Just Do It” and altered it into “Just Poo It.” So smart, So James.

Shia LaBeouf had originally filmed the video with a group of students at Central Saint Martins art school in London, according to The Verge.

LaBeouf’s speech, which was filmed in front of a green screen, has been circulating the Internet after being altered into various versions.

In all honesty, we should take Shia LaBeouf’s a little more seriously.
