Group 2AM's Im Seulong revealed a manly picture of himself at the gym.

Today, Im Seulong posted on his Twitter, "You're a true man only if you hold about this much and do 10 chinning" along with a picture.

In the picture, Im Seulong has exercise equipment that looks heavy around his waist, taking a self-camera photo through the mirror. He revealed confidence, calling himself a 'true man.'

Internet users who saw this commented, "You're working out hard," "Wow," "True man Im Seulong," "Fighting," and "He must have a really good body."

2AM will coming back on the 5th of next month with their new album 'One Spring Day,' a comeback for the first time in a year.
