Bobby Flay seems to be loving the single life as he was snapped with young women during the Fourth of July festivities, even as the divorce battle with Stephanie March continues.

Page Six said the celebrity chef was clearly having the time of his life at the Scarpetta Beach over the holiday weekend.

"Bobby and his friend were entertaining at least six girls who looked to be in their mid-20s," the onlooker, who identified the friend as the chef's business associate, told the publication.

However, the report continued that there was no hanky panky going on.

"He seemed pretty subdued, but he did pick up the check for the whole table," the source added.

Bobby Flay is in the middle of a nasty divorce with Stephanie March who was seeking more support than the $5,000 reportedly sent to the "Law & Order: SVU" star every month. The split was prompted reportedly by the Food Network star's affair with Elyse Tirrell, a young assistant, and even allegedly fathered a kid with January Jones.

Bobby Flay denied all the allegations in connection to the divorce purportedly coming from Stephanie March's camp.

The rep said, "We will continue to refrain from responding to the continued efforts by certain parties to spread rumors and innuendo. This specific allegation was in a letter sent from one attorney in this case to the other."

"It was written and then leaked specifically to try to insert this story into the press, and that's unfortunate. Even more unfortunate is that all of this is being done in order to renegotiate a prenuptial agreement that was agreed to over a decade ago and never amended during the marriage."

Hollywood Take said that "one of the girls in question was Flay's daughter, Sophie, from his previous marriage to Kate Connelly. So it's possible the other women were just friends of hers."

"But this is not the first time Bobby Flay has been seen with new women since divorcing Stephanie March. During a Puerto Rican Day parade party last month, he was caught on video dancing with a female date," it added.
