News about Louis Tomnlinson's baby has been making the rounds on the internet and is becoming viral.

According to reports, the One Direction member is set to become a dad, sharing a child with current fling, Briana Jungwirth.

According to The Daily News, the 23-year old is currently not in a relationship with Jungwirth. However, the two have been friends for less than a year, as they only met earlier this 2015, shortly after Louis had broken up with his former girlfriend, Eleanor Calder. Calder and Tomlinson were together for four years.

The site cited above also quoted a statement from a source that was reportedly from People.

"Louis is happy and very excited about becoming a dad and he thinks Briana will be an amazing mother," the source allegedly said. "It was a surprise at first, but he and Briana are very, very close friends and this has brought them even closer."

Confirming the reports of the two not being official, the source added that the two soon-to-be parents are happy about the news.

"They are both really happy and although they aren't in a relationship, their friendship is extremely strong and they are both really excited about the baby," the source added. "It's early days and Briana and the baby's health are the most important things right now."

As to what Louis Tomlinson and Briana Jungwirth's parents think about the baby, they are reportedly very supportive of it.

"Johanna is a midwife, so she's been able to give advice and has been a great source of support for Briana," the source from People mag stated further, pertaining to Louis' mom.

As to the fans, they do not seem to be enjoying the news. Moreso, that they even attacked Briana via twitter and have been sending her angry tweets. Jungwirth expressed her displeasure with the tweets and threatened to deactivate her account because of it.

"I am just gonna disconnect my account," she tweeted, as cited by the website linked above. "I am so freaking done People pretending to be me People calling me names. Whats wrong with ya all?"

No official statement has been released by Louis Tomlinson's camp about his alleged baby.
