BTS, Nine Muses, Hyukoh And SEVENTEEN All Land In Top 10 On Billboard World Albums Chart

While Nine Muses have yet to win a music show with their new EP 9MUSES S/S Edition, it appears to have sold well internationally as it landed in the Top 10 of the Billboard World Albums Chart along with three other South Korean acts.

On the week of July 18, the new Nine Muses EP entered the Top 10 chart at eighth place.

The Nine Muses EP has since dropped two places to tenth this week of July 25, which saw three other Korean albums place in the Top 10.

Hyukoh's 22 EP climbed from seventh to fourth, and SEVENTEEN's 17 Carat EP overtook Nine Muses from tenth to eight. BTS remains at ninth, having placed as high as 2nd in the past four weeks it has been the said chart.

The Billboard World Albums Chart tracks the week's top-selling world music albums, ranked by sales data as compiled by Nielsen Music, according to the official site description.

Nine Muses' high ranking on the Billboard World Albums Chart should prove comforting for the group as well as fans despite the lack of a music show award.

Nine Muses have been promoting the title track of their new mini-album, "Hurt Locker," on music shows and have even promised to perform in swimwear during broadcast should they clinch a music show award.

In honor of their fans, Nine Muses are also planning to a dance cover festival in celebration of their fifth anniversary since debut. Fans are invited to record dance covers for "Hurt Locker," upload the covers on YouTube, and a team will be chosen by July 27.
