Girls' Generation to Extend Contract as Lotte Models for Another Year

Girl group Girls' Generation has extended their contract as Lotte models for another year.

It was revealed today that Girls' Generation had extended their contract for another year.

Girls' Generation first started working as Lotte Models last April and appeared on TV, newspapers, posters and more. 

They were to end the contract this March, but after discussing with Lotte, they agreed to extend the contract for another year.

During a survey conducted last year, it was revealed that with Girls' Generation as their models, over 70% new that Girls' Generation was the models for Lotte and over 50% stated that the group made a more young and fresh vibe.

Lotte officials commented, "Girls' Generation has helped our image stay young and fresh and so we have decided to work with them again this year."

They are also planning to add a male hallyu star to their Lotte models as well. 

They hope to recruit a male hallyu star that is known widely around Asia.
