Local media in Brazil have shown great interest after hearing news that Super Junior will be visiting Brazil as part of their 'SUPERSHOW5' tour.

It seems that K-Pop and the Hallyu have become a huge hit in Brazil this year.

Yesterday, Brazil media showed much attention after hearing that one of K-Pop's leading groups, Super Junior, would be holding a 4 country South America tour concert.

K-Pop fans in Brazil could not hide their excitement at the fact of being able to see their favorite group in person.

Media also stated that this was another feat for Brazil, as Psy had just recently visited Brazil as well.

Psy had come for the Carnival festival last month and showed off his dance moves for "Gangnam Style."

Last month, actor and singer Kim Hyun Joong was also in San Paulo with singer Ailee for the '2K13 FEELKOREA' festival.

Local media believe that Super Junior's concert will be the major turning point for Brazil and K-pop.

Starting next month, Super Junior will be starting off in San Paulo on April 21 and continue on to Argentina, Chile and Peru. They will begin their world tour starting with a concert in Seoul on March 23-24.

This tour will be Super Junior's first time performing a solo concert in South America. This will also be the biggest tour in South America done by a Korean artist.

On the other hand, Super Junior recently held a Google+ Hangout Live Chat event on March 10. Fans applied in order for a chance to talk and meet with the members online. This chat event was also streamed live through their official YouTube channel and A Pop Channel.

The members revealed information about their life as well as about their upcoming world tour. The group held their chat while in Jakarta. This was also when they revealed the news that they would be visiting South America for the first time.
