VIXX Release Countdown Timer Hinting At Korean Comeback

It seems like K-pop boy group VIXX are ready to join the battle of summer comebacks!

On August 4, the group's agency, Jellyfish Entertainment, turned VIXX's official homepage into a mysterious countdown and shared the change through their social media sites. Included with the link was a message reading "2015.08.07. 00am. Countdown. H-48." In addition to the countdown timer, the teaser features a silhouetted image of the six members against a black background.

Many hours later, VIXX's official twitter shared a message reading "#VIXX Join the comeback war..." further hinting that the boy group will be making their return to the Korean stage.

VIXX's last Korean comeback was in February with their hit remake song "Love Equation," originally released by R.ef. Since then, the members have been pursuing a multitude of individual activities such as hosting radio and music shows, starring in musicals, and auditioning for competition shows.

VIXX fans also have their second official fan club meeting, "VIXXCHOOL," to look forward to on August 15. With the fan meeting being school and student themed, many are curious to see if the comeback will also feature the same concept. Since VIXX is a group known for their interesting and unique concepts (including Jekyll and Hyde, voodoo dolls, and cyborgs), many are eager to see what the next theme will be.

Until then, fans will just have to wait and see what the countdown reveals.
