Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley will once again host the Country Music Awards for the eighth year in a row.

According to E! News, the announcement was made during ABC's "CMA Music Festival: Country's Night to Rock" special. A clip nearly two minutes long was featured, which showed highlights and funny outtakes from the past seven CMA awards that the duo hosted.

Between them, Underwood and Paisley have won 19 CMA awards. Underwood won Female Vocalist of the Year for three consecutive years (2006-2008), Single of the Year (2007, "Before He Cheats") and 2006's Horizon Award. All five awards came after she was crowned "American Idol".

Paisley, on the other hand, has racked up 14 wins from 2000 to 2010. He was Male Vocalist of the Year for three straight years as well (2007-2009). He also took home the Entertainer of the Year award in 2010 and Album of the Year in 2006 for "Time Well Wasted".

Fans are encouraged to watch out for the announcement of nominees and performers for the 2015 CMA, which will happen later. The 2015 CMA Awards will air live from Nashville on November 4 at 8 p.m. on ABC.

The International Business Times said that while Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley share many hilarious moments as hosts of the CMA, none is more memorable than last year's hosting job when Underwood was seen whispering something to Paisley's ear.

Paisley chose that moment to tell the audience that he finally learned something before everyone else did, adding, "Suck it, TMZ!" Later on, he revealed that Underwood told him she was pregnant and expecting a baby boy.

Country Weekly noted that the duo of Underwood and Paisley are fast catching up to Vince Gill's hosting record. The singer currently holds the record for longest-running host in the history of CMA awards telecast, having done the job from 1992 to 2003.
