New Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and S6 Edge Plus Revealed! Specs And Features Of The Much-Awaited Phone Listed!

The new Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has been unveiled by Samsung and is partnered with the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, which wowed many techies all around the world.

Specs and features have been the number one eye catcher and it has been listed by GSM Arena, wherein they compared the two phones to reveal what the gadgets boast.

Both revealed yesterday, the Note 5 and S6 Edge Plus are both equipped with a Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 16M colors and a 5.7-inch display screen.

Both phones could support 1440 x 2560 pixels of resolution, a multi-touch feature and is protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 4. The Edge Plus, however, has an added feature of a TouchWiz user interface and the obvious curved edge design.

The two gadgets also support the fingerprint sensor for PayPal transactions, but the S6 variant is packed with a Corning Gorilla Glass 4 protection for its back panel.

The S6 Edge Plus and Note 5 runs on the latest Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system and is packed with an Exynos 7420 chipset.

The former, however has a quad-core 1.5 GHz Cortex-A53 and quad-core 2.1 GHz Cortex-A57 and Mali-T760MP8, while the latter receives an octa-core CPU.

Both the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus have the same camera sensor of 16-megapixels but functions in a different way. The Note 5 supports 5312 x 2988 pixels of resolution with dual Shot, simultaneous HD video and image recording, geo-tagging, touch focus, face/smile detection, panorama and HDR features, while the S6 Edge Plus has 2988 x 5312 pixels support and geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, Auto HDR and panorama features.

For its battery, the Note 5 is said to have a non-removable Li-Po 3000 mAh battery, while the S6 Edge Plus has a non-removable Li-Ion 3000 mAh battery.
