'Five Nights At Freddy's 4' Theory Says Game Contains Dead Child Stuffed In Suit

After hours and hours of searching, researching, and thinking, Matthew Patrick of the Game Theorists has revealed what's in the box at the end of "Five Nights at Freddy's 4."

Or at least, I'm content with the idea of Markiplier being in there.

Despite all the focus on the box, Patrick dropped a pretty horrifying detail in his latest "Five Nights at Freddy's 4" theory video. According to his analysis of the game, (WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD) the suit that is missing its head and appears to have some brown strands puffing out of the top is actually the body of the Purple Guy's first victim.

In a Reddit megathread discussing Patrick's new theory, fans were particularly shocked to hear the idea that the brown pixels at the top of the headless suit was a dead body.

"It's really freaking creepy if indeed, those brown pixels are the head of a dead child sticking out. That's the biggest take-away from this for me," said Fwipp.

As for how Patrick came to this conclusion, it is based on analyzing the fear of the crying child in "Five Nights at Freddy's 4." He explains that the child is clearly afraid of the animatronics because perhaps he saw the first victim being stuffed in the suit.

"This kid actually saw something - a crime, something terrible in these restaurants. It would seem to imply that he saw another child get shoved into one of these suits. This would also explain the strange brown pixels sticking out f the yellow body backstage. A tuft of hair perhaps," said Patrick.

While most of the debate surrounding "five Nights at Freddy's 4" still focuses on the identity of the crying child, creator Scott Cawthon has recently been more transparent about how close certain fan theories are to his intentions.

Hopefully by the Oct. 31 update of "Five Nights at Freddy's 4," fans can finally identify the Purple Guy without any doubts.

Until then, like I said, I'm okay if it's Markiplier in the box.
