Band FTISLAND held an event in celebration of the release of their single in Japan.

Yesterday, FTISLAND held an event in Yokohama for their 10th Japan single, You Are y Life.

On this day, FTISLAND met more than 300 fans. They entered the stage walking on a red carpet with the wedding-like music video of their new song, "You Are My Life" and performed the song in an acoustic style.

About the new song, FTISLAND said, "It's a relatively different song from other songs that we've shown until now, as this one is more soft and sentimental."

Lee Hong Ki said, "I tried to sing it with a lot of strength taken out with this song. I don't know if it's because of that but I had a hard time during recording. But I'm happy that that big of a change was made to our style."

FTISLAND also revealed that they are planning an arena tour in June, and saying, "We are trying our best to bring out different sides in us so please be on the lookout."

Recently, FTISLAND held concert in Shanghai and was a huge success. Their, 'Take FTISLAND Tour Live in Shanghai' took place on January 19 where they performed many of their hit songs.

"You Are My Life" also ranked first on the China MV chart as well.

Their 6th solo concert, '2012 TAKE FTISLAND IN SEOUL' DVD has also ranked number 1 in Japan and now in Taiwan.

FTISLAND debuted in 2007 and became a hit since their early days. In 2008, they debuted in Japan and became chart toppers on the Japan Oricon charts.
