Devon's 'Star Wars' Watch Limited To 500 Pieces, How Much Does A Luxury Darth Vader Inspired Watch Cost?

Devon “Star Wars” Watch is worth spending every penny on.

The Devon “Star Wars” watch is a piece that should be spent on, as the company was able to get a partnership with both Disney’s Lucasfilm and the US Aerospace Industry in order to create a sleek, revolutionary product.

According to Digital Trends, there are only 500 Devon “Star Wars” Watches featuring a Darth Vader inspired design that will be produced over a two-year period. The exclusivity of the watch extends even to its price where each watch costs $28,500.

The watch can already be pre-ordered at the Devon Website as long as there is a $2,500 deposit fee.

The look of the watch was inspired by Darth Vader and the TIE Fighter wing design. It even has the Empire’s logo on the crown and incorporated more of Darth Vader’s design onto the leather strap. Apart from getting a high-end luxury watch, it comes along with matching TIE Fighter cufflinks to complete the whole look.

A video was released announcing the watch and it also explained the whole process from the concept, design and production phases of the watch.

On Gamezone, the specifications of the watch feature a 316L Stainless Steel, Scratch-Resistant polycarbonate lens that have bulletproof durability, numbered 1 to 500 on the back plate, a true black diamond-like coating, four interwoven 2-microthin nylon time belts, four micro-step motors, lubricant-fee ruby bearings, an onboard microprocessor, temperature-compensated crystal, multiple high-tech optical recognition cells, lithium-polymer rechargeable cell, 313 electrical contacts and the watch can be powered for two weeks on one charge.

While the price of the watch may be too much for other fans and interested buyers, those who will buy the watch will be comforted to know the money they are shelling out gives them a two-year watch warranty.
