B.A.P 'LIVE ON EARTH PACIFIC TOUR' Sells Out in 1 Hour, 'Worldwide Popularity'

Rookie group B.A.P's U.S. tour sold out in just 1 hour.

B.A.P, who has only been around for 1 year and 2 months, has already set the record for being the fastest rookie group to hold a world tour. Starting in May, they will travel to 4 cities in the U.S. and start their 'B.A.P LIVE ON EARTH PACIFIC TOUR'. They will be visiting LA, San Francisco, New York and Washington D.C. and meet with around 10,000 overseas fans.

Ticket sales began on April 6 through Verizon and they sold out unjust one hour. The three main websites to purchase tickets all had server crashes as so many people tried to access the site. The VIP tickets sold out in just 5 minutes as well. There were 4 times as many people trying to buy tickets than the amount they had originally planned.

Fans even held signature campaigns asking for them to add additional concerts or to change the location to a bigger place. The staff was shocked at the overwhelming popularity and even had to open the emergency seats that they were holding off on as well.

Each of the locations in the 4 cities can hold around 2,500 people and many other top stars such as Rihanna, Jay-Z and others have also stood on those stages.

U.S. Billboard also released an article about their U.S. tour and stated, "Although it has just been a little over a year since they have debuted, they are already taking over the world by storm. They have ranked number 1 on the Billboard World Album chart with their song 'One Shot' and has shown their potential to succeed in the U.S."
