A 20 something year old male has been caught for scamming fans and international fans into buying top artists such as Big Bang G-Dragon and Super Junior concert tickets.

The police have stated that the scammer had been running a cafe where he was selling concert tickets for a ridiculous price and not sending out the tickets after receiving payment.

It was revealed that starting from back in February, the scammer had posted up a message online regarding tickets for sale. Shinhwa's fan club president in Hong Kong was even fell for the scam and sent money without receiving a ticket. 

Starting from last July, over 75 people have been scammed through this site.

The police has stated, "Having scammers even scam overseas fans will reflect a negative image to our country and our music," showing their concern in online scams.
