Cote De Pablo Remains Mum On 'NCIS' Season 13 As Actress AKA Ziva David Joins Gynelogic Cancers Awareness

Despite speculations of the return of Cote de Pablo on "NCIS" season 13, the actress is not telling anything.

However, Cote de Pablo did join the PSA campaign on cervical cancer as Ziva David revealed her own brush with the disease.

"I was working, traveling, and enjoying life. Too much time passed since my last Pap test. By the time I was tested, things didn't look too good," she said.

Good thing the tests came out negative but the experience jolted her.

In the PSA, she said, "Please pay attention to your health - for you and the people who care about you."

The showrunners of "NCIS" season 13 teased that they will pay more attention to DiNozzo's romantic life this season, which prompted speculations that Cote de Pablo might return to provide closure.

In an earlier interview with TVLine, Cote de Pablo also claimed that she would have wanted closure for the way Ziva David exited the show.

"I think it was rushed," she said. "I would have liked a little bit of closure. But I think all in all I could not be more blessed, because I got a chance to be with my 'love,' Michael [Weatherly, who plays Tony]."

The actress added, "Any time you put Michael and I together there's going to be a spark, and there's going to be real honesty, and for that I am forever grateful. Because in that sense there was a sense of conclusion as far as what [the characters] felt for each other."

Will Cote de Pablo make her return on the show? That would most likely provide the highest rating for "NCIS" in season 13 if that were to happen considering may fans are awating for a Ziva David-Tony DiNozzo encounter.

Nevertheless, the actress is not closing her doors for a possible "NCIS" season 13 return.

"I think the fact that they never killed the character off is very telling. Under the right circumstances, I think it could definitely be explored," she added.
