Bobby Flay is selling the Manhattan house that he got back as part of the divorce settlement with "Law & Order: SVU" actress Stephanie March.

According to Page Six, the Chelsea Mercantile apartment is being put on the market for a cool $7.95 million.

Stephanie March stayed on the apartment with her sick mother throughout the divorce proceedings. As part of their settlement, the actress agreed to move out of the flat.

"The 3,200-square-foot apartment boasts three bedrooms and features a zinc bar top from Paris, lab cabinets in the kitchen and red-glazed finishes, The Post's Jennifer Gould Keil reports. Listing brokers Meris and Kenny Blumstein of Corcoran Group declined to comment," the article added.

Stephanie March came off a bitter divorce fight with Bobby Flay before agreeing to the settlement offer which was to pay her a monthly alimony of more than the initial $5,000 that she signed on the prenup.

However, Stephanie March has to leave Bobby Flay's New York house that she shared with her mother.

"He will keep the house in Amagansett and the Manhattan apartment. Stephanie has to leave the Manhattan apartment at a specified date in the next few months," Page Six reported.

Bobby Flay has been rumored to have cheated prior to the divorce with Stephanie March. Recently, the celebrity chef was rumored to have been dating Giada de Laurentiis, who also has a show at the Food Network.

The divorce drama was splashed all over the Internet as both sides accused the other of dirty play.

TMZ reported that Stephanie March was mad that Bobby Flay cancelled her credit card that she supposedly used for groceries.

"Her lawyer fired off a letter to Bobby's attorney, expressing outrage because the chef sent Stephanie a measly $5,000 check for monthly support. TMZ broke the story, they signed a prenup in 2005 which established support at $5k a month," the article said.

Then there was the plane that flew overhead carrying a huge banner that said "Cheater" while Bobby Flay had his star at the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
