"Total Recall" actress Jessica Biel gushed about her first baby with Justin Timberlake during a recent interview with the Today show.

Talking about baby Silas, she said, "He's just a joy. It's an amazing, amazing experience. Incredibly hard-the hardest job in the world, and I've never been more thankful and grateful to my own mother."

"Oh my gosh, I just...I'm gonna call her right after this, actually, and just thank her because what she, what you have to do for your kid, it's an amazing responsibility and the biggest joy ever," the actress added.

But Justin Timberlake is not leaving all the baby-related chores to his wife, Jessica Biel.

"He is doing it all," the "7^th Heaven" actress said when asked if the "Sexy Back" singer is pitching in on diaper duties. "He is in there; he's in there deep."

Jessica Biel has partnered with WomanCare Global to launch a series of PSAs on women's reproductive health, titled "If You Don't Tell Them, Then Who Will?"

On the Today show, Jessica Biel confessed that the program is "really personal for me."

Justin Timberlake's wife explained, "A couple of years ago, when I was thinking about starting a family and I started to, you know, realize, 'OK, well now you have to get off birth control and what happens? How exactly is it gonna go?'"

"I just started to realize I had absolutely no idea, really, what my cycle looked like," she added. "I never knew and I was embarrassed and I didn't want to tell my friends, I didn't want to tell my mom and then I started talking to people and I realize nobody else knows."

Jessica Biel called that experience a "real awakening" moment, which made her realize that a lot of women still in America lack the knowledge on reproductive health.
