Blake Shelton Mum On Weight Loss Secrets As Miranda Lambert's Ex Admits He's 'In A Good Place' Following Divorce

Blake Shelton played coy when asked about his weight loss secrets as "The Voice" judge claimed that he's is in a good place right now following the divorce from Miranda Lambert.

In an interview with CMT, he was asked about his weight loss secret and he replied:

"I would like to sit here and tell you that I've been exercising, but I haven't been," he said.

Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert announced their divorce and July, so how are things for the country singer?

"I'm in a good place," he said. "I wasn't but I am now. It's amazing how quickly life can turn around for you. I've had some pretty cool things in recent times that've happened and I'm loving it."

In a previous interview with Good Morning America, as shared by Taste of Country, Blake Shelton simplified his weight loss secret in what he described as a "divorce diet."

"Well, ya know, you should try the divorce diet," he said. "I just think, not the actual breakup part, but the stress of getting through all of that was weird, so I didn't eat as many fried pickles and stuff."

But Blake Shelton clarified that he wasn't consciously dieting following the divorce from Miranda Lambert but he wasn't eating as much either.

However, he did reveal that he's been cleaning his big yard by pushing around a lawnmower following the divorce, which could have contributed to the weight loss as well.

A rep for the country singer told E! News that Blake Shelton is "doing the two things he hates to do-diet and exercise."

"This is not the future we envisioned and it is with heavy heart that we move forward separately," the couple's divorce announcement read. "We are real people, with real lives, with real family, friends and colleagues. Therefore, we kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter."
