Are Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne fighting? A clip of One Direction's recent performance showed Briana Jungwirth's baby daddy and Sophia Smith's boyfriend appearing to be having a spat on stage.

"In the short clip, Liam, 22, and Louis, 23, are seen having what looks to be a heated row on stage while they perform What Makes You Beautiful with bandmates Niall Horan and Harry Styles," reported Daily Mail.

"Liam is then seen grabbing Louis' arm and shoving him, as the latter attempts to shake him off, which matches comments from fans at the gig that claim he 'intentionally' stood in front of Liam, who acted 'aggressively,'" it added.

But Liam Payne was quick to deny that he's fighting with fellow One Direction member, Louis Tomlinson.

In a series of Twitter posts, Sophia Smith's beau said that it was a friendly banter.

"Simply the funniest story I've read to date clearly the person who wrote this has never experienced friendly banter in their life," he wrote.

Liam also linked a Heat World article titled "This video of Liam Payne shoving Louis Tomlinson on stage is really shocking," before commenting, "OH MY GOD THATS SO OUTRAGEOUS HOW DARE I HAVE A JOKE WITH A FRIEND ON STAGE."

Fans of One Direction, however, pointed out that Liam Payne and Loius Tomlinson are fake fighting. Apparently, it's one of the pranks they pull with each other by punching the other on the crotch and Briana Jungwirth's baby daddy was only protecting the crown jewels.

Meanwhile, Liam Payne joked on Twitter the real reason of One Direction's breakup.

On Oct. 2, he posted on Twitter a clip of Shadow Pico titled "A bad lip reading of One Direction." Liam Payne then captioned the post, "So here's the reason we are really taking a break we need to take some time to make this."
