"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" couple Joe and Teresa Giudice might lose their mansion to foreclosure after a judge nixed their appeal to contest the suit.

A report from New Jersey newspaper revealed that Morris County Judge Stehan C. Hansbury ruled in favor of Community Bank of Bergen County, the mortgage holder and petitioner.

"Even a cursory examination of the Answer shows that Defendants' denials and alleged defense have no basis in fact or law and are meant only to delay the proceedings," the ruling said.

In filing the motion, the bank alleged that Joe and Teresa Giudice have been in default of their mortgage amounting to monthly payments of $10,679 since Dec. 1 last year.

With the judge's ruling on foreclosure, "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" couple Joe and Teresa Giudice's mansion will now be put up for sale by the sheriff which is still a good months away.

Joe and Teresa Giudice preempted the foreclosure by putting the mansion on the market for $3.99 million. The original price was cut by $1 million after there were no takers.

"The couple already lost their Manahawkin summer house, which was foreclosed upon earlier this year and sold back to the bank for the minimum $100 bid at an Ocean County sheriff's sale in August," the article said.

Meanwhile, Teresa Guidice continues to suffer inside prison, where she's serving time for fraud.

A recent clip of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In," Teresa Giudice can be seen talking to her eight-grader, Gia, on the night of a school dance.

"I've been thinking of you every minute, every second," Teresa tells Gia. "I'm there in your heart."

Teresa Giudice is expected to be released in December this year. At that point, Joe Giudice will serve 41 months on mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud in March last year. "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" couple had appealed to the judge to allow them to serve their sentences separately so one parent can take care of the kids.
