The Denver Nuggets are entering the season with a new court general in Emmanuel Mudiay, and a new franchise face in Kenneth Faried. Will they be able to bring the team back to its winning ways?

The Denver Nuggets are ranked 15^th with the best young talents in the NBA by Bleacher Report and their notable youngsters are comprised of Emmanuel Mudiay (19), Nikola Jokic (20), Gary Harris (21), Jusuf Nurkic (21), Will Barton (24), Kenneth Faried (25).

According to the website, aside from Mudiay, they have a sleeper young guy in Jusuf Nurkic, who has the making of the next Marc Gasol.

"Mudiay, but since we've already discussed him, let's go with the 6-foot-11, 280-pound Nurkic, whose mammoth stature, surprisingly deft passing - only 15 centers last year played 1,000 minutes and dropped dimes on at least 7 percent of their teammates' buckets," as stated in the website.

"Nurkic was one of them - nimbler-than-you'd-expect footwork and litany of trash-talking taunts make him something of a Marc Gasol-as-a-Wrestling Heel Starter Kit. (Unsurprisingly, Nurkic has already beefed with Big Spain.)"

But, fans shouldn't forget the new face of the franchise that is Kenneth Faried, who is excited to see how their new point guard, Mudiay will perform this season.

''I'm excited to see how he throws those lobs or pinpoints those passes when he goes through lane and drops them off, just like Ty used to do,'' said Faried, the 22^nd overall pick in the 2011 NBA draft. ''His court vision is amazing.''

Also, new head coach Mike Malone told him to concentrate on being the monster glass eater he is.

''I don't want him to forget who he is, the core of Kenneth Faried. That's a guy who plays harder than anybody else on the floor,'' said Malone via Yahoo Sports, who is also taking the helm from Brian Shaw. ''If he can do that for us, we'll reward him and give him touches where he can showcase his offensive development.''
