Rapper San E released a new track "Like Father, Like Son" on October 16, putting the history of bad blood between him and his father behind them. 

The song was produced by Brand New Music's Xepy to bring in the hip-hop and soul vibes.

"Like Father, Like Son" is a song dedicated to San E's father in reflection to what he felt during the filming of "Great Expectations" during the Chuseok holiday. After hearing the hardships his father has been through in the United States then reconciling on the show, the track expresses the rapper's gratitude towards his father's hardships.

In the lyrics, San E reflects on the immature actions that he had committed as a child and also looks into the weight of his father's shoulders that he must've felt back then.  With that, he starts to rap about the love and the thankfulness that he had felt in an honest rap.

"This song has a lot of love that Sna Yi has for his father," San E's agency, Brand New Music, stated. "We hope that many people would be able to connect with this song."
