Amir Khan Calls Off Manny Pacquiao Fight Talks; Looking At Danny Garcia, Lamont Peterson Or Kell Brook Now

Amir Khan felt that he is being left hanging once again and he is not letting anybody do that to him.

According to Opening Round, Khan has pulled out of talks on a possible fight between him and Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao.

The reason for this is he is disappointed with Pacquiao's team for not signing the contract when there is no other choice for him. Khan believes Pacquiao is actually stalling and is waiting for Mayweather's camp to consider a rematch between him and Floyd Mayweather Jr.

"I'm really disappointed at Manny and his team," Khan said. "They aren't playing ball. All that was left to do was sign the contract. But they are stalling."

It is worth noting that Khan himself was really hopeful that he will get a fight against Mayweather Jr. but in the end, he was left hanging by Mayweather's camp as well.

Khan also said he's "not waiting for Manny like he did for Mayweather."

Khan also claimed that should his fight with Pacquiao actually push through, he will easily beat the Filipino boxer.

"They know I'm a tricky fighter and they know I will beat him," Khan said of his former training partner. "I don't really if Mayweather is fighting Pacquiao again, it is a possible reason for him to stall on signing the contract, but I don't really know."

"I am willing to fight anyone but it seems not everyone is willing to fight me."

Asked on who is his possible opponent, Khan said via ABS-CBN news that it might be Danny Garcia, Kell Brook or Lamont Peterson.

"We are looking at a Danny Garcia rematch. I also would like to fight Tim Bradley; that's another interesting fight. A rematch with Lamont Peterson and, of course, Kell Brook is also another option."
