"Modern Family" cast member Sarah Hyland recently attended an advocacy campaign where she told young girls to be confident and strong.

In a report by In Style, 24-year-old actress Sarah Hyland was spotted at the red carpet of Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry Campaign at the Four Seasons Hotel in Los Angeles.

The "Modern Family" rocked a white top and skirt from Amanda Wakely, which was styled with Brad Goreski .

She added inches to her height with a pair of shoes from Stuart Weitzman. She also held on to a clutch from Tod's, a report from Just Jared said in a report.

The actress, who is currently dating Dominic Sherwood, is supporting the campain to end the childhood hunger in United States.

Aside from that, "Modern Family" star Sarah Hylang also gave her own advice for young girls her age.

"Be confident and be strong. Don't take no for an answer," Sarah Hyland told in an interview. "Be happy with what you have. Never stop until your dreams come true. It sounds cheesy. It's the tenacity that I think helps."

It has been quite an eventful year for Sarah Hyland, who has found new love in actor Dominic Sherwood, after her split from long-term boyfriend Matt Prokop.

Last year, the actress revealed that she was an abused girlfriend during her five-year romance with Matt Prokop, The Hollywood Life said in a report.

The "Modern Family" star reportedly filed a restraining order against the 24-year-old actor last year after he insulted Sarah Hyland and her dog.

"[Matthew would] call and text her constantly and had even said some strange things about her and her dog. [It was] terrifying Sarah and she just wanted him to stop and for it to all go away," a source told, noting that the actor was obsessed with Sarah Hyland.

The actress even sought the help of her "Modern Family" co-star Julie Bowen, who played as her on screen mother, to end her relationship with Matt Prokop.

Sarah Hyland was granted with the restraining order where Matt Prokop should stay 100 feet away from her and her dog.
