John Travolta slammed gay and divorce rumors when he stepped out with his wife last weekend.

According to a report from Radar Online, he made a public appearance with Kelly Preston and their daughter amid rumors that they are about to end their marriage.

The celebrity couple even smiled for paparazzi who saw them outside a hotel in New York City. Their 15-year-old daughter, Ella Bleu, was also spotted in the establishment.

The weekend outing was the first time John Travolta and Kelly Preston were seen together since August 10, 2015. According to Celebrity Dirty Laundry, the "Pulp Fiction" actor and his wife were rumored to be divorcing after he was photographed on several appearances without his wedding ring.

The absence of his wedding band fueled long-running John Travolta gay rumors.

"I think John finally took off his ring because he is tired of living a lie," an insider said.

"John and Kelly are unhappy in the marriage, and they have been pretty much living separate lives for years."

"They are more than friends than lovers, and the buzz is that he has been speaking with attorneys about filing divorce papers," the insider added.

Another report from Star detailed that Kelly Preston wants a divorce after she has always been hounded by persistent reports of John Travolta's gay affairs.

"There have been so many allegations from men claiming that John has come on to them in a sexual manner, that it has become a huge embarrassment to her," a source said.

Per a report from National Enquirer, the "Jerry Maguire" actress has been aware of her husband's secret life. In order to keep John Travolta's gay lifestyle under wraps, he has allegedly paid off his former lovers close to two million dollars.

The Oscar-nominated actor's most recent scandal involved his former pilot, Doug Gotterba. The 62-year-old announced last year that he was going to release a tell-all book entitled "Travolta Exposed," which was supposed to detail his six-year relationship John Travolta.

The alleged former lovers took matters to court before Doug Gotterba dropped the case and book last August.
