With "America's Next Top Model" cancelled, Tyra Banks isn't done with her franchise just yet. Former contestant Angelea Preston is spilling the beans on Banks' mistreatment amidst her legal battle with the television personality.

On Tuesday, Broadly released an interview with Preston, where the former "ANTM" contestant called Banks "exploitive" using the soon-to-be canceled CW reality show.

"Tyra exploits women, period," said Preston. "Once she gets out what she wants from you, then you're done to her. You're nothing. She preaches on TV that she's just like you, that she helps girls, but she doesn't help girls. She exploits them."

Preston is currently embroiled in controversy due to "ANTM" stripping her of her All-Star winner title, due the show allegedly discovering her history of escort work. According to Preston, the producers already knew of her history before inviting her back for the All-Star cycle.

"I think why they took it from me, is because it makes their show look like the crock of sh*t that is," continued Preston.

"If I had escorted before I came on the show, they would have used it to further exploit me. They would say, 'Hey, she was an escort, but we put her on 'America's Top Model,' and we made her great.' But because it happened after, how could they say their show created such a great opportunity for me, when it didn't? It lead me into a path that I wasn't supposed to travel down, coming off a show like that."

Last year, Banks officially opened a lawsuit against Banks for $3 million for mistreatment and breach-of-contract. The misstep for Banks may be costly. According to the Wall Street Journal, the 41-year-old celebrity personality is currently seeking investors for her self-funded beauty company, Tyra Beauty.

"Based on our growth, I'm not going to be able to afford to carry it forever so we're going to be raising some money next year," said Banks at the WSJDLive 2015 conference.

"I'm an entrepreneur, bitch."
