New 'Five Nights At Freddy's 4' DLC Teaser To Feature Nightmare Mangle?

Balloon boy and the infamous Puppet have arrived in Nightmare forms on Scott Cawthon's official website in preparation for the upcoming "Five Nights at Freddy's 4" DLC.

But the question now is, what about the infamous Mangle?

According to the guys at 8-Bit Gaming, the next "Five Nights at Freddy's 4" DLC teaser will feature Nightmare Mangle. The evidence boasted by the pair is a rather playful comment from the creator himself, Scott Cawthon.

"Quite recently Scott announced that there may be a Mangle. He used the formidable winking face, which we pretty much know that to be a yes. So it seems highly likely we're going to be seeing Night Mangle in the 'Five Nights at Freddy's 4' Halloween Update," said Ryan and Ryan from 8-Bit Gaming.

Though there's no official certainty about whether Nightmare Mangle will indeed make an appearance, Cawthon has confirmed several other elements for the "Five Nights at Freddy's 4" DLC Halloween update.

According to his official post on the "Five Nights at Freddy's 4" Steam page, the DLC will be an automatic update that adds a cheat menu, challenge menu, and "a twist on a familiar minigame that provides a boost when playing challenge modes." In addition, there will be a special Halloween themed version of "Five Nights at Freddy's 4" that will involve a few cosmetic changes, but will not be canon within the series.

Specifically, the update will give players two launch options on Halloween: the Standard edition with the cheat and challenge menus, and the Halloween edition. Cawthon stated that if the launch fails, then the Halloween edition will be made available on Game Jolt.

"Five Nights at Freddy's 4" is currently available for purchase on the Steam, iOS, and Android platforms. The DLC is set to go into effect on Oct. 31.

Then again, if it comes early, it wouldn't be the first time Cawthon beat his own deadlines.
